What you need to know...
Terms and Conditions
Lesson times are prearranged and agreed collaboratively. Before making payment, please check the dates on the invoice and ensure that any arranged absences are agreed in advance at the start of the term.
Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable, but all work planned for the missed lesson can be emailed to the student to complete in their own time. This also includes any cancellations of group lessons.
Should you need to reschedule a 1:1 lesson, I am happy to do so at a date and time that is mutually convenient to the tutor and student, subject to availability and only when 24 hours of notice has been given.
If for any reason, I must cancel a lesson I will endeavour to give as much notice as possible and either reschedule the lesson to a new agreed time and date or offer a full refund.
Should you wish to cancel ongoing lessons and withdraw from our tuition contract, 2 weeks notice must be given to allow sufficient time for me to fill the lesson slot.

At all times, I will comply with the data protection law which is current and valid in the UK.
